I work best when the problem is concrete: a product that needs to exist, a workflow that should run itself, or an API that other software must trust.
Marketing sites, dashboards, and app interfaces with clear structure and production-ready front ends.
REST services, auth, and the glue between tools so data moves reliably instead of living in chat threads.
Bots and workers that deploy, monitor, notify, and process media so operations do not depend on you being online.
SQL, spreadsheets, and lightweight analysis when a decision needs a number instead of a guess.
03 — Process
We name the user, the failure mode, and the smallest version that would already be useful.
You get working software early — usually a deployable repo, not a slide deck — and we correct course with evidence.
Hosting, env vars, and runbooks are part of the work. If it cannot be restarted by someone else, it is not done.
04 — About
I treat software as infrastructure for a business, not as decoration. Most of my recent work sits at the intersection of messaging platforms, deployment, and small multi-tenant products.
Ultar Sync is the studio name. I also keep a general-merchandise line for local trade; it is separate from engineering work and does not belong in a product brief.
